Rental Information

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Invoices will be emailed as soon as order is placed.

  • We require a 25% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit on all orders.

  • Remaining balance is due at pickup. (Cash, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp)

  • Pickup and delivery costs are calculated based on time and location.

  • All rental items, including transportation containers, are required to be returned. 

  • You will be charged replacement costs for burns, candle wax, and permanent/non-removable stains on all linens.

  • You will be charged replacement costs for any lost or damaged rental items or containers.

  • No refunds for unused rental items.

  • Changes are allowed up to two weeks before your event if inventory available.

Rental Start Date

The date on the reservation where deliver is made by our crew or the date rental items are scheduled to be picked up from our location by the customer.

Rental End Date

The date on the reservation where pickup is made by our crew or the date rental items are scheduled to be returned to our location by the customer.

Invoice Date

The date we create and send the invoice via email to the customer for verification of correct information.

Cancellation Fee

50% of reservation total if the reservation is cancelled within 7 days of the rental start date. There are no refunds for any cancellations within one business day of the start date.

Customer Pickup

Pick up is available Sunday through Saturday from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM. Specific date and times will be set at predetermined date and time during ordering. A notation is made on the invoice.

When items are picked up from our location, you will need an appropriate sized vehicle to accommodate your rental items. We recommend bringing straps or other equipment to guarantee items are secured and safely transported. Small items and linens will be boxed or sealed in a container. This packaging will need to be returned to Springhill Event Rentals.

Delivery

Deliver within a 40 mile radius of Thomasville, Georgia and is available for an additional charge. Deliveries take place during the hours of Monday through Saturdays from 8:30 AM until 6:00 PM. Deliver services also depend on availability of staff.

When choosing to have items delivered, we recommend a designated contact be on site to confirm all rentals are correct and are placed where they are needed. Our crews will leave the items in a designated area, still stacked or in the packaging. If you would like more information on setup, please see the Setup information.
 

Setup

Our goal is to take your vision and turn it into a reality! At Springhill Event Rentals, we offer setup services for an additional charge. Prior to your event, we will create a plan for the perfect layout! We recommend a designated contact be on site to confirm all rentals are correct and are placed where they are needed.
